So surfing the community and seeing a lot of really unhealthy ways of loosing weight. I understand meeting JLO is awesome but risking your health isn't. There are a variety of ways to loose weight healthy wise. I'm seeing women overweight probably 200+ going from unhealthy eating of what was 3000 calories or more to 900 in a day. Drastic changes like that will hurt you and your body won't get the proper nutrition it needs! I don't believe JLO started this to cause women to starve themselves or become unhealthy the opposite way! Sorry just sayin. I'm seeing great progress and I eat like crazy!
Breakfast: egg whites, oatbran, almonds
Preworkout: protein shake
Post workout: protein shake, rice cakes
Lunch: red bell peppers, green beans, chicken
Dinner: tuna, asparagus, red bell peppers
And trust me when I say I'm eating a lot I mean like a pound of green beans or a pound of asparagus!!!
There is no reason to starve yourself!!
