So started my journey and like many other women I lost motivation. I started off strong and all it took was one moment of weakness to kill all my hard work. I want to find my motivation again. I look in the mirror with total disgust and i find that when you allow yourself time to think you begin to talk yourself out of everything. I'm so ready to see change. I want to learn to season my veggies to taste yummy because it's so hard to take them all in when they are so bland. I'm working on find my momentum again!

  • So surfing the community and seeing a lot of really unhealthy ways of loosing weight. I understand meeting JLO is awesome but risking your health isn't. There are a variety of ways to loose weight healthy wise. I'm seeing women overweight probably 200+ going from unhealthy eating of what was 3000 calories or more to 900 in a day. Drastic changes like that will hurt you and your body won't get the proper nutrition it needs! I don't believe JLO started this to cause women to starve themselves or become unhealthy the opposite way! Sorry just sayin. I'm seeing great progress and I eat like crazy!
    Breakfast: egg whites, oatbran, almonds
    Preworkout: protein shake
    Post workout: protein shake, rice cakes
    Lunch: red bell peppers, green beans, chicken
    Dinner: tuna, asparagus, red bell peppers
    And trust me when I say I'm eating a lot I mean like a pound of green beans or a pound of asparagus!!!
    There is no reason to starve yourself!!

  • Started my diet got determined then fell off. Dieting is an extreme minds game. If your not mentally focused you won't succeed!
    Choose to stick with what you want most vs what you want in the moment.
    A little advice with huge disclosure I am in no way a doctor or professional advisor simply stating based off my experience. Magnesium and chromium supplements help with sweet and chocolate cravings
