Hi! I just purchased the Thermodynamic Total Burn capsules and am very excited to start taking them! As of right now, I have been losing weight by eating 1,200 calories a day and drinking about a gallon of water, so I'm excited to add the capsules to my regimen. I do have a few questions about them though, I'm hoping can be answered by all of you!
1. Should I continue with my daily regimen of eating 1,200 calories a day and drinking lots of water and just add in the capsules, or is there something else I should be adding in/taking out as well?
2. What happens if I'm on the capsules and have a cheat day? My family is going to the Dells next weekend and I'm sure I'll eat more than 1,200 calories while I'm there, so will I still lose weight? Or does it not help for cheat days?
3. Once I start taking the capsules should I take them until all 60 are gone? Or can I save them and not take them on cheat days, or will that mess up the weight loss?
